We exist to provide, promote, and advocate energy conservation.

AECP held its 8 th annual Green Living and Energy Expo on November 2 and 3, 2007 at the new Special Events Center at the Roanoke Civic Center. Over 2000 people attended the event that featured 75 exhibits, demonstrations, workshops, a green building tour, and a visit from the Energy Hog.

Workshops included a Biofuels seminar, the House of Pressure, and presentations on residential solar, hybrid cars, global warming, on-demand water heaters, green roofs and much more.
